They took time to listen to our holiday history & then went about guiding us through various destination options. Helen then developed a customised package of boutique hotels which allowed us as independent travellers to discover South Africa’s Wine and Coastal regions. We’d highly recommend booking with Helen, lots of guidance and advice when looking at trips and all the options that come with a family holiday. She speaks directly with the hotels and service providers so you know all the information is accurate and you’re not in for any surprises when you arrive. Helen has a wealth of experience in planning, organising and tailoring holidays. Our holiday was bespoke and the attention to detail Helen provided was unique. Helen is also so well travelled and has experience of so many different countries which was invaluable for us.
We were unsure of where we really wanted to visit for our special holiday and had so many ideas. We explained to Helen what we were looking for in our holiday to Ibiza , somewhere quiet with a nice beach and a good sea view, sunset room. Helen found us exactly what we wanted, organised the flights, hotel and even offered to arrange car hire.This is the second holiday with Helen, third will be soon.

We chose to come to you because we wanted a personalised holiday, you remember when we went to Switzerland and you had to organise all the transfers by rail! We felt then and still do that your services are much better and more flexible than a regular travel agent selling package tours (not that there’s anything wrong with the latter). You’ve set up several holidays now for us and your personal experience has helped us decide on the available options and frankly, has relieved us of a lot of the leg work.
Having given the impression that we don’t do package tours, the best one you did for us was the Croatian cruise last year which was I think a package to all intents and purposes, but all the same your help was invaluable. Same again this year, but we haven’t had the holiday yet! We would certainly use you again, and would recommend your services to anyone with confidence.
